All services will be processed only after payment confirmation and after receiving all required documents from the client.
Processing time depends on UAE Government authorities, banks and jurisdictions. Delays caused by government systems, approvals, verification or external factors are not eligible for refund.
Any delay or rejection caused due to incorrect or incomplete documentation submitted by the client will not be considered for any refund or compensation.
If Glory Empire fails to provide the promised service due to internal operational reason (not related to government or client mistake), the company will review the case and decide refund eligibility on a case-to-case basis.
Any payment dispute or refund request must be submitted in writing to info@gloryempire.ae with complete details.
